RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That the City Council accepts the resignation of Jocimara Alejandre, Jorge Mazariegos Jr., and Myles McGee from the Hayward Youth Commission and adopts a resolution appointing Joshua Linares, Lizbeth Martinez, and Ellette Mendall to fulfill the unexpired terms.
SUMMARY
Jocimara Alejandre and Jorge Mazariegos Jr. were appointed to the Hayward Youth Commission on June 19, 2018. Myles McGee was appointed to the Hayward Youth Commission on June 28, 2016 and was re-appointed on June 19, 2018. Their resignations become effective immediately due to unforeseen circumstances. Joshua Linares, Lizbeth Martinez, and Ellette Mendall have been selected from the Hayward Youth Commission Alternate List to fulfill the unexpired terms, which will expire on June 30, 2020.
