RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Pavement Engineering, Inc., (PEI), in an amount of $432,535, for a total amount not-to-exceed $652,455.

SUMMARY
An Amendment No. 1 to the existing PEI PSA, dated June 13, 2018 (Attachment III), is needed to extend the scope of the Agreement by including engineering services for the upcoming FY 20 Pavement Rehabilitation and Preventive Maintenance Project, and the West Winton Avenue (Hesperian Boulevard to Santa Clara Street) Pavement Rehabilitation Project.
