That Council receives the following informational report regarding the November 3, 2020 General Election.

SUMMARY

 

According to California Governor Newsom’s Executive Order 64-20, all registered voters will be mailed a Vote-by-Mail ballot to ensure a safe and accessible voting option during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Secretary of State’s office also provided guidance to implement procedures for the November election that will make in-person voting opportunities available.
