The Keep Hayward Clean and Green (KHCG) Task Force discuss and take appropriate action to address the scheduling conflict with the October 26, 2024, Make a Difference Day Cleanup event and the Hayward Public Library Annual Trunk-or-Treat event.

SUMMARY
The October 26, 2024, Make a Difference Day Cleanup Event conflicts with the Hayward Public Library Annual Truck-or-Treat Event. There are concerns that participation at the KCHG event will be low due to the conflict.
