SUMMARY
The City of Hayward published a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) on September 27, 2024. The City will be accepting applications from non-profit, community-based organizations and government entities for grant funding in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to support programs serving low-income members of the Hayward community. Staff are hosting a required Bidder’s Conference to review the application and requirements with potential applicants on October 28, 2024, at 10 a.m. Commissioners are encouraged to share information about the NOFA and corresponding Bidder’s Conference with their networks.
