RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

 

That the Planning Commission adopts the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <http://www.hayward-ca.gov/content/projects-under-environmental-review-0> and related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program prepared for the project, and approves the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review for the project, subject to the attached findings (Attachment III) and Conditions of Approval (Attachment IV).
