In addition to the integration of Special Events into the FY 2024 CAF process, staff implemented changes based on guidance from Council at the meeting of June 28, 2022. These changes are further discussed in the report to the CSC from February 15, 2023.
An in-person quorum was not reached at the March CSC meeting. Staff presented the funding recommendations, received public comment, closed the public comment period for the draft recommendations, and received individual Commissioner feedback. Formal action was deferred. This report summarizes the CSC’s funding recommendations for final approval and submission to Council.
