Recommendation
That the City Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) establishing a Gann appropriations limit for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27.

SUMMARY
Each fiscal year, the City is required to calculate and establish its appropriations limit. The Gann Limit for FY 2026-27 is calculated at $446,197,196, and the appropriations subject to the Gann limit total $156,425,344.
