That Council reviews the attached Council referral memo (Attachment I) and provides direction to staff.

SUMMARY
A formal Council referral was received from Council members Goldstein and Roche on November 14, 2023, based on interest to explore adding an element in the Safe Parking staff report specific to RVs and adding language to the Traffic Code to create the ability to restrict RV parking on public streets.
