That the City Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II), authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a five-year landscape management contract for the 92 Reliever Route with Los Loza, Inc. (Los Loza) with a maximum compensation not-to-exceed $387,000.

SUMMARY
Maintenance Services’ Landscape Division maintains street trees and municipal landscaping throughout the City along with landscape and vegetation management in select areas. To support staff workload, the Division routinely uses external contractors to complete landscape and vegetation maintenance. In January 2026, staff released a Request for Quote (RFQ) for landscape and vegetation maintenance along Route 92/Clawiter-Whitesell Interchange and Reliever Route. Staff received and reviewed three (3) bids and recommend awarding this contract to Los Loza with a maximum compensation not-to-exceed $387,000.
