Recommendation
That the Council Economic Development Committee (CEDC) receives an update on new development activities and existing properties from Director of Development Services Sara Buizer and Economic Development Specialist Amber Green.

At the December 7, 2024 CEDC meeting, Council Member Andrews requested staff provide development updates on any major new projects and the following properties:

• Hayward Plaza's small spots (Hayward Retail Center @ 26207 Mission Blvd))
• Sears (660 W. Winton Ave)

• The Stack
• Auto Plaza (29000 Mission Blvd.)
