That the City Council receives an update from Hayward Recreation and Park District (HARD) staff regarding current operations.

SUMMARY

 

The presentation provides the City Council with an overview of HARD’s current operations, including an overview of ongoing and completed projects, budget status, and organizational structure.  The presentation will also outline future goals and priorities, as well as key challenges the District is addressing as it continues to serve the community.
