RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That the Planning Commission approve the proposed Major Site Plan Review and Administrative Use Permit application to allow a three-story data center and related generator yard, substation, switching yard, accessory structures and site improvements based on the analysis set forth in this report and the required Findings (Attachment II) and subject to the Conditions of Approval (Attachment III); and review and certify the project's Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (Attachment XII) prepared by the California Energy Commission as the Lead Agency, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
