SUMMARY
The Hayward Fire Department seeks to provide the highest quality emergency response to the Hayward community. A crucial element of emergency response is the ability to use cutting-edge software platforms that will streamline critical data points and facilitate efficient and effective response information. To meet this goal, HFD is seeking to switch from current providers to ImageTrend. ImageTrend will provide data analytics, patient registries, NERIS reporting services, as well as mapping tools and services. ImageTrend has been tested and implemented through many local agencies, including Alameda County and has proven to be the most comprehensive software available. The switch will improve local communications as well as interconnectivity.
