Recommendation
That the City Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Contract with Hi-Lite Airfield Services for the Airport Hangar Improvement Project No. 06826, in an amount not-to-exceed $244,387.10 and approving $24,438.71 in Administrative Construction Contingencies.

SUMMARY
The Airport Hangar Improvement Project No. 06826 will be used to repair and maintain T-Hangars located at the Hayward Executive Airport. The project will include a seal coat, crack seal, and markings of approximately 265,482 square feet.
