SUMMARY

The FY23 PIP commenced in June 2023 and construction was completed in March 2024. The project involved the rehabilitation of eighty-six (86) street segments and micro-surfacing of twenty (20) street segments for a total of one hundred and six (106) street segments. This project increased the citywide pavement condition index (PCI) for 2023 from 70 to 73. The FY24 PIP increased the citywide PCI for 2024 from 73 to 76 and is the highest the City has been able to achieve in decades.
