Recommendation
That the Clean and Green Commission authorize a budget allocation not to exceed $2,300 for the purchase of shirts and vests for newly appointed commissioners, replacement items for current commissioners, and additional shirt inventory to accommodate future replacement needs.

SUMMARY
Shirts and vests are needed for newly appointed Clean and Green Commissioners. In addition, several current commissioners have requested replacement shirts. Staff recommend purchasing the items needed to fulfill these requests while replenishing the existing inventory to ensure additional shirts are readily available for future replacement needs.
