That the Housing Policy & Resource Committee (HPRC) accepts this informational report on Hayward’s eviction prevention program contract with the Centro Legal de La Raza.

Staff from Centro Legal de la Raza will give a presentation summarizing program deliverables, demographics of people served, and program outcomes related to the American Rescue Plan Act funded eviction prevention contract with the City of Hayward.
