Recommendation
That the City Council adopts the attached resolution accepting the written resignation of Ms. Rui Li from the Downtown Business Improvement Area Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Ms. Rui Li was appointed to the Downtown Business Improvement Area Advisory Board on September 16, 2014. Ms. Li’s resignation became effective June 17, 2016, and her vacated position will be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials for Boards, Commissions, Committees and Task Force.
