RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That the City Council adopts the resolution accepting the resignations of Ms. Iris J. Murillo from the Library Commission and Ms. Lynne Clifton from the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force, effective immediately.
SUMMARY
Ms. Iris Murillo was appointed to the Library Commission on September 17, 2013 and reappointed on September 19, 2017. Ms. Murillo’s resignation becomes effective immediately per her resignation letter (Attachment III). Ms. Lynne Clifton was appointed to the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force on September 17, 2013 and reappointed on September 13, 2016. Ms. Clifton’s resignation becomes effective immediately per her resignation letter (Attachment IV). Ms. Murillo’s and Ms. Clifton’s vacated positions will be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials to Boards, Commissions and Task Forces.
