That Council reviews the attached Council referral memo (Attachment I) and Staff Analysis (Attachment II) and provides direction to staff.

SUMMARY

 

A Council referral was received from Council Members Andrews and Syrop in November of 2024 proposing to establish the StackPass Education Discount Program, a new student discount program at Hayward businesses.
