Recommendation
That the Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) accepting the resignation of Commissioner Kelly Sullivan from the Library Commission, effective immediately.

SUMMARY
Commissioner Kelly Sullivan was appointed to the Library Commission on September 21, 2021 and reappointed on September 12, 2023. Ms. Kelly Sullivan’s resignation becomes effective immediately, per her resignation letter (Attachment III).
