Recommendation
That the Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) accepting the resignation of Ms. Arzo Mehdavi from the Community Services Commission, Effective December 16, 2021.

SUMMARY
Ms. Arzo Mehdavi was appointed to the Community Services Commission on September 15, 2015. Ms. Mehdavi’s resignation becomes effective December 16, 2021, per her resignation letter (Attachment III).
