Recommendation
That the City Council adopts a resolution accepting the resignations of Mr. Navneet Ratti from the Council Economic Development Committee and Mr. Satyendra Kaith from the Personnel Commission.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Navneet Ratti was appointed to the Council Economic Development Committee on September 17, 2013, and Mr. Satyendra Kaith was appointed to the Personnel Commission on September 17, 2013.
Mr. Ratti’s resignation became effective February 23, 2016, and Mr. Kaith’s resignation became effective December 13, 2015. Their vacated positions will be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials to Boards, Commissions and Committees.
