That the Access Authority Board approves the resolutions amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget for the Tennyson Barricade Replacement Project, Tennyson Underpass Lighting Enhancement Project, Erosion Prevention Project, and Repayment of City of Hayward Startup Loan.
