RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That Council adopts the attached resolution (Attachments II and III):
1. Awarding the contract to Elite Landscape Construction, Inc. in the amount of $490,894; and
2. Appropriating an additional $80,000 for this project from the Street System Improvement Fund.
