RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That Council adopts the attached resolution that approves the plans and specifications for the Municipal Parking Lot No. 2 Improvement Project, located between A Street and B Street west of Foothill Boulevard and calls for bids to be received on May 8, 2018.

SUMMARY
The improvement of Municipal Parking Lot No. 2 consists of pavement rehabilitation and providing additional accessible parking stalls to comply with the regulation requirements, and installation of signage, additional bike accommodations, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Additionally, existing curb ramps require reconstruction to comply with the current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
