Recommendation
That Council adopts the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a grant of public utility easement to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).
SUMMARY
The Mission Boulevard Corridor Improvements Phase 2 project includes undergrounding of the overhead utilities that involves the installation of PG&E facilities on City owned property. PG&E is requiring a grant of public utility easement to complete this element of the project.
