Recommendation
That the City Council adopts the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with Dutchover & Associates.

SUMMARY
Staff requests that Council authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with Dutchover & Associates to increase the amount an additional $40,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $155,000, and to extend the term of the agreement to March 31, 2019.
