RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
That Council adopts the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Advance Mobility Group, Inc., (AMG) for traffic signal design related services.
End
SUMMARY
An amendment to the existing professional services agreement with AMG is needed for traffic signal design services. The amendment will increase the contract by $50,000 for a not-to-exceed amount of $122,500 and extend the term to December 31, 2019. The additional cost does not impact the City’s FY 2019 Operating Budget as additional costs will be covered by respective project funds and/or developer paid costs.
