Recommendation
That the City Council adopts a resolution accepting the resignation of Ms. Sharon Eva from the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force, effective September 24, 2019.

SUMMARY
Ms. Sharon Eva was appointed to the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force on September 13, 2016. Ms. Eva’s resignation becomes effective September 24, 2019, per her resignation letter (Attachment III). Ms. Eva’s vacated position will be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials to Commissions and the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force.
