Adopt a Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications, and Call for Bids for the Municipal Parking Lot No. 2 Improvement Project No. 05248
RECOMMENDATION
That Council adopts the attached resolution (Attachment II) approving the plans and specifications for the Municipal Parking Lot No. 2 Improvement Project No. 05248, and Call for Bids to be received on June 8, 2021.
SUMMARY
This project is a continuation of the City’s municipal parking lot improvement project. This is the fifth of nine parking lot improvement projects within the Downtown area. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review under Section 15301(c) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines for the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing facilities.
