The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommends that the HASPA Board provides input on the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project - Eden Landing Phase 2.

SUMMARY
Dave Halsing, Executive Project Manager for the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project will provide an update on Phase 2 of the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project at Eden Landing. The overarching goal of the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project is the restoration and enhancement of wetlands in the San Francisco Bay while providing for flood management and wildlife-oriented public access and recreation. The project team is seeking input on the three major components of the restoration plan: habitat objectives and actions, types and levels of public access and the integration of flood management and habitat restoration.
