SUMMARY
The Development Services Department (DSD), which is comprised of the Building, Planning and Code Enforcement Divisions, has been actively processing applications and permits for new development and redevelopment projects, as well as addressing community concerns. Staff will present a highlight of these activities at the meeting and attached to this report is the Bi-Annual DSD Progress Report, which includes the status of many applications and developments as well as ongoing efforts within DSD.
