Recommendation
That the Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force review, discuss, and take appropriate action to finalize the staging sites for the 2023 Cleanup & Beautification Events.

SUMMARY
The staging sites for the January and July 2023 Cleanup & Beautification events were not identified as part of the adoption process at the July 21, 2022, meeting. To finalize the 2023 Cleanup & Beautification Events Calendar staff is providing recommendations to assist the task force in selecting and adopting the staging sites for the January and July 2023 events.
