Recommendation

That the Community Services Commission:
1. Reviews and comments on this report;
2. Accepts the Application Review Committees' funding recommendations; and
3. Recommends the funding recommendations to Council for final approval.

SUMMARY

This report provides an overview of the FY 2024 Community Agency Funding (CAF) process, the Application Review Committees' (ARCs) proposed funding recommendations for consideration by the Community Services Commission (CSC), and next steps in the funding process. The funding is summarized by category in Table 1 below. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are based on the FY 2024 actual entitlement award, received in March.
