Recommendation
That the Council Economic Development Committee (CEDC) receives an update on new development activities and existing properties from Director of Development Services and the Chief Economic Development Officer.

SUMMARY
The CEDC has requested regular updates on development Activity within the City and more specifically requested updates on the following projects/properties:
• Former Honda Dealership (24919 Mission Blvd.)
• U-Haul (4150 Point Eden Way)
• Former Chalk it Up (22540 Foothill Blvd.)
• Vacant Auto Dealership near Paris Baguette (28900 Mission Blvd.)
• Q-Pot (formerly Elephant Bar) (24177 Southland Drive)
• Jiva Life (22701 Foothill Blvd.)
• Maple and Main (22336 Main St.)
• Bldg. near Edna’s Donuts (71 W Tennyson)
• Mission Crossings frontage lot (22501Mission Blvd.)
• Skywest Golf Course
• Urban Air Adventure Park (26905 Mission Blvd.)
• Main and B St. (966 B Street)
At the April 6th CEDC meeting, staff will provide an oral update on the status of each site.
