Recommendation
That the City Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) accepting the resignation of Commissioner Melissa Milleman from the Clean and Green Commission, effective immediately.

SUMMARY
Commissioner Melissa Milleman was appointed to the Clean and Green Commission on September 12, 2023. Ms. Melissa Milleman’s resignation becomes effective immediately, according to her resignation letter (Attachment III).
Ms. Melissa Milleman’s vacated position may be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials.
